SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same business day. All other orders are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

We ship with GLS/UPS for a flat rate of €8/€12/€15 within Europe and €25 for the rest of the world. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You have 14 days to return your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return.
