VALENTINE’S GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is A BASIC BRAND sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

 

2. Giveaway Name

“Valentine’s Giveaway”

 

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from February 10, 2026 to February 12, 2026.
The winner will be announced on February 13, 2026 via the Organizer’s Instagram Stories.

 

4. Platform

The giveaway is conducted on the Organizer’s Instagram profile, in the form of Instagram Stories.

 

5. Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to individuals who:
    • are 18 years of age or older,
    • have an active Instagram account,
    • follow the Organizer’s Instagram profile.
  2. The giveaway is open to participants residing in Poland and other countries.

 

6. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow the Organizer’s Instagram profile.
  2. Answer the giveaway question by submitting their response via the question sticker in the Organizer’s Instagram Story.

 

7. Prize

  1. The prize consists of:
    • one women’s vest and one children’s vest from A BASIC BRAND, with a total approximate value of PLN 500.
  2. One (1) winner will be selected.
  3. The winner may choose the size and color of the items, subject to availability.

 

8. Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on the most interesting answer submitted.
  2. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

 

9. Winner Announcement and Contact

  1. The winner will be announced via the Organizer’s Instagram Stories.
  2. The Organizer will contact the winner via Instagram direct message.
  3. The winner must respond within 7 days of receiving the message.
    Failure to respond may result in selecting an alternative winner.

 

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

  1. The Organizer is the data controller of participants’ personal data.
  2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, selecting the winner, and delivering the prize.
  3. Participants have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

 

11. Final Provisions

  1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  2. Instagram bears no responsibility for the organization or conduct of the giveaway.
  3. Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
