SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping. We ship with GLS/UPS for a flat rate of €8/€12/€15 within Europe and €25 for the rest of the world. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same business day. We do our best to dispatch all other orders on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Returns:

You have 14 days to return your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return.
